The Ancient Civilisation Museum showcases the cultures and history behind the the people of Asia. Before that building was turned into a museum, it used to be called Empress Place. Empress Place used to house the various government departments during the colonial days in Singapore. The weather was perfect. It was a good day to go on a trail. The first point in the trail was the landing site of Sir Stamford Raffles. It was located along the bank of the Singapore River.
